You will source talent for Field Non-Manual roles, review resumes, prescreens, and manage timelines to meet client deadlines while adhering to contract terms. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years staffing or recruiting industry experience.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience with Bullhorn and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customers to understand staffing needs and process offers.
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for Field Non-Manual positions at client sites.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and maintain documentation.
