Job summary

Lucid Motors in Arizona (Coolidge) seeks a Senior Field Quality Engineer, Harnesses & Hoses, to own field quality investigations and drive corrective actions for electrical and fluid delivery systems. You will work cross-functionally across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Service, Warranty, and Reliability to resolve issues in active fleets.

The role requires leadership in root-cause analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA input, and rapid closure of customer concerns with durable, measurable

Qualifications

BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5 years of automotive/quality engineering experience.
Experience leading structured root cause investigations and corrective action development.
Working knowledge of electrical harnesses, routing, and fluid delivery systems.
English language proficiency for technical communication.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end field investigations for customer concerns involving harnesses, connectors, and fluid systems.
Drive permanent corrective actions addressing root causes and implementing design/manufacturing changes.
Identify trends in warranty/service data and recommend preventive actions.
Collaborate with Design/Engineering to apply field learnings to programs.
Coordinate with Manufacturing and Supplier Quality to ensure effective containment and action.
