Job summary
Lucid Motors in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Sr. Field Quality Technician to support vehicle investigations, validation activities, and field quality improvements.
You will diagnose, analyze, and communicate complex issues across electrical, powertrain, chassis, and software systems, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong documentation, and the ability to drive containment and corrective actions that improve product
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; automotive tech certification preferred.
- Five+ years automotive diagnostic/quality/testing experience.
- Experience with EV powertrains and high/low voltage systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and root cause analysis.
- Investigate complex concerns across electrical, powertrain, chassis, and software.
- Support containment actions, corrective actions, and software releases.
- Document findings and communicate clearly to Engineering and Service teams.
- Lead road tests and functional evaluations to verify repairs.
