Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced field QA Inspector to perform on-site QA inspections for large heavy civil projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety programs including EM 385-1-1 and OSHA.

You will review submittals, monitor deficiencies, prepare daily reports, manage as-built drawings, and coordinate with contractors and government QA to maintain an audit trail and timely project progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 20 years in construction with QA experience.
• Experience on Federal projects, USACE preferred.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform field QA inspections to verify compliance with plans and specs.
• Provide field surveillance and three-phase inspections with daily reports.
• Review submittals and ensure safety plans and regulations are followed.
• Maintain as-built drawings and track deficiencies with corrective actions.
