Job summary

Accura Engineering seeks a Senior Construction Representative to oversee surveillance of federal construction projects and deliver comprehensive reports on workmanship, materials, and methods. The role requires coordination with government personnel and review of plans and specifications across all project phases.

Ideal candidates have at least 7 years in construction project engineering or inspection, familiarity with QA/QC, and ability to obtain access to military installations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally for government personnel.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites as required.
• Experience preparing surveillance reports documenting workmanship and compliance.
• Familiarity with construction QA/QC processes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports on all phases of construction to document compliance with plans and specifications.
• Review contract plans and specifications and recommend changes to government personnel.
• Provide construction site surveillance and assist in resolving apparent differences.
• Develop detailed inspection requirements and control methods with government personnel.
• Prepare draft change orders and modifications for COR/ACO/KO.
• Submit deliverables for government review within established process.
