The ideal candidate will have strong estimating skills, experience with Xactimate, and the ability to mentor peers while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex homeowners claims with strong estimating skills.
• Ability to manage challenging situations while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Wyoming residency preferred, near Cheyenne, Casper, Gillette, Rock Springs or Laramie.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damages estimates for the most complex 1st party homeowner losses.
• Builds mastered relationships with internal and external customers.
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements and documents all activities in complex files.
• Applies mastered content to policy interpretations and assists leadership in training.
• Recommends process improvements.
