Job summary

IES is seeking a Superintendent to manage a medium-to-large project on-site. You will ensure contracted work aligns with safety, quality, management and financial requirements, overseeing staffing, materials, and customer delivery goals.

Responsibilities include hiring/training staff, liaising with customer reps, managing profitability, and ensuring timely job completion within budget. Travel to project sites and leadership duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory/managerial experience: 3+ years.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage, supervise, promote and, if necessary, discharge project staff.
• Act as the senior liaison with the customer representatives.
• Plan for profitability and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Review job costs, invoices, and financial reporting.
• Conduct on-site safety, quality checks and progress meetings.
