IES Communications seeks a diligent Superintendent to lead medium to large projects onsite, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance while coordinating staffing, materials, and customer delivery goals.

You will manage staff, liaise with customers, monitor budgets and schedules, review invoices and change orders, and drive process improvements through effective field leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum three (3) years as Lead Communications Technician or similar.
• Minimum five (5) years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with a computer and MS Office.
• Must meet Company driving standards.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents.
• Travel within branch/regional territory as needed.
• Ability to learn and teach project management systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise project staff.
• Plan for profitability and deadlines.
• Interface with customer representatives.
• Review job cost postings and invoices.
• Complete timesheets and change orders.
• Lead on-site meetings and safety trainings.
• Ensure quality and safety during daily job walks.
