Job summary

PrincetonOne LLC represents a clinical-stage biotechnology company seeking a Senior Patient Access Liaison (Sr. PAL), Field Patient Access, to implement REMS-related patient access activities across assigned geographies.

This field-based role educates sites on REMS, improves access readiness, and guides care teams through coverage and reimbursement processes. In this position you will collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads, maintain CRM documentation, mentor PAL colleagues, and support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare.
• Experience supporting REMS-regulated products, buy-and-bill, and specialty pharmacy programs.
• Ability to educate sites on coverage, coding, payment, and affordability programs.
• Strong CRM documentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Enable site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen account relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and access barriers.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and external partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on readiness and account discussions.
• Coach and mentor PAL colleagues and share field insights for regional execution.
• Serve as regional resource and lead special projects addressing access barriers.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation of activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site priorities.
