Job summary

PrincetonOne LLC seeks a Senior Patient Access Liaison to support REMS certification, patient access readiness, and education for healthcare stakeholders. You will be field-based, guiding sites through treatment logistics, access barriers, and education across REMS, specialty pharmacy, and external support processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management.
• Experience navigating a complex healthcare ecosystem.
• Strong planning, organization, and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities at sites.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers via approved pathways.
• Coordinate treatment logistics across REMS requirements and partners.
• Collaborate on cross-functional handoffs and referrals.
• Coach PAL colleagues and share regional field insights.
• Maintain compliant, timely CRM documentation of activities.
• Develop and maintain account-level business plans for geography.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
