Job summary

Murata Machinery Usa is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee field installation teams across multiple sites in North America. You will hire and develop site leaders, coordinate with international teams, and drive projects with budgets exceeding several millions of dollars, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of complex project/site leadership experience in technical installations and can manage cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with more than 5 years of complex project/site leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of site management and scheduling on large technical installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations teams across multiple customer sites or large single sites.
• Hire, develop, and lead diverse team of site managers, adjustment technicians, safety managers, and contractors.
• Coordinate with Japan (MML) and MMUSA leaders to drive installation objectives.
• Create long-term plans and schedules to support projects with trained personnel and materials.
• Manage budgets, safety, schedule, cost, and quality to exceed customer expectations.
• Manage project execution >$50 million and labor/contract budgets >$5 million across sites.
