Job summary

You will build and lead diverse teams, manage safety, quality, and schedules, andPartner with Japan (MML) and MMUSA leaders to meet installation objectives.

You will own project planning, budgeting over $50 million, and KPI development, while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of complex project/site leadership.
• Experience leading large projects and coordinating customer management.
• Technical installation environment experience; communication with customers.
• Japanese language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations teams at multiple sites and manage >$50M projects.
• Hire, train, and develop site leaders and safety personnel.
• Coordinate with MMUSA and Japan to align installation objectives.
• Develop KPI's and manage project budgets with account managers.
• Travel up to 25% with ability to work across locations.
