Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager to join the Field Operations Team. This field/project-based role requires leadership of on-site teams, coordination with subcontractors, and proactive management of safety, schedule, and quality. Travel across projects nationwide is expected.

The candidate will monitor progress, train team members on Gray software, review drawings, and ensure alignment with contract documents and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years related construction experience.
• Experience leading on-site management teams and coordinating with design, project, and schedule management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all field activities from start-up to completion and manage safety, quality, schedule, and logistics.
• Maintain and drive the project schedule with lookahead planning and real-time updates.
• Lead on-site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and risk assessment; report progress to PM/Scheduler.
