Job summary

Williams is seeking a Supervisor Operations to lead a skilled team of technicians and ensure safe, reliable pipeline operations at our facility. You will model safe practices, train and develop others, and drive performance while holding the team accountable for results.

You will partner with Operations Manager to manage budgets, forecast costs, and deliver continuous improvements, maintaining strong safety and regulatory compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3+ years as a supervisor or senior lead; 8+ years in operations.
• Preferred: Associate's degree.
• Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a skilled team of technicians to maintain facility equipment and pipeline operations.
• Ensure work complies with policies, procedures, and safety practices.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operating cost analysis.
• Communicate outage plans to partners to minimize customer impact.
• Foster a collaborative environment and develop team members.
• Drive process improvements and maintain regulatory compliance.
