Williams seeks an Engineering Supervisor in Houston to lead a diverse team of engineers and technical specialists, ensuring safe operations and improving the reliability and operability of pipeline systems. The role serves as a field specialist for key organizational programs and initiatives.

Candidates should have a ABET‑accredited Electrical Engineering degree with at least 10 years of engineering experience in gas or data center environments; leadership experience and PE certification are

Qualificações

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university with a minimum of 10 years in natural gas, data centers, or related industry.
• Preferred leadership experience; PE Certification preferred.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as the priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and PC skills.
• Ability to analyze, develop and implement process improvements, documentation and reports.
• Experience in three or more of: Operations, Design, Engineering, Project Management, Business Development, Construction, Environmental, or Front-line Supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a diverse team of engineers and technical specialists to perform technical services in support of operations.
• Encourages safe operations and influences decisions to improve reliability and operability of pipeline systems.
• Serves as a specialist in field for organizational programs and initiatives.
• Supervises project activities of third-party project managers, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• Participates in planning, commissioning, and start-up of new and modified facilities.
• Coordinates workforce planning and career development for team members.
• Manages costs through budgeting, forecasting, scheduling with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Provides technical support to functional departments for troubleshooting and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains relationships with internal/external business partners.
