Job summary

Williams Companies is seeking an Operations Technician to safely maintain equipment, read drawings, inspect systems, and support pipeline operations. You will analyze data, collaborate with teams to solve technical problems, and ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards across sites.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED plus at least three years of relevant experience; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with minimum three years as an operations technician or similar role.
• Preferred: Associate degree or 2-year technical degree with two years of multifaceted operations experience in oil and gas.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations, including reading/interpreting drawings and inspecting equipment.
• Analyze data and collaborate with others to solve technical or operational problems.
• Follow company policies and apply operating and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of permits, compliance, and process control systems.
