Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of industry-specific operations experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a supervisor or senior lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to maintain facility equipment and pipeline operations.
• Ensure safety, training, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and operating cost analysis.
• Communicate outage plans to partners to minimize customer impact.
• Mentor staff, delegate tasks, and promote from within.
