Williams Companies is seeking an experienced field operations professional to support pipeline operations, equipment maintenance, and compliance across multiple locations. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work after hours and travel between sites as needed.

Candidates should have an associate degree plus significant oil & gas experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred for advanced roles.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience with minimum six years in oil & gas.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field with 10 years progressive field ops experience.

Responsabilités

• Performs moderately difficult assignments to ensure system integrity and maintain facilities.
• Troubleshoots problems using technical evaluation, innovation, and judgment.
• Develops and trains internal/external partners; may mentor others.
• Participates in project planning with company partners.
• Leads development and tasks related to operations and safety standards.
• Reads and evaluates engineering design documents and contracts.
