Job summary

Williams Companies, Inc. in Tulsa seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead a diverse team of engineers and technical specialists in supporting operations.

The role focuses on safe operations, reliability, and process improvements for pipeline systems and facilities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) with 10+ years in gas, data centers or related fields; leadership experience is preferred, and PE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industry.
• Previous leadership experience preferred; PE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a diverse team of engineers and technical specialists to improve operability, reliability and maintainability of assets.
• Serves as a contact point for business development, commercial development, and operations, building strong internal/external partnerships.
• Supervises project activities of third-party managers, consulting engineers, inspectors and contractors.
• Participates in planning, commissioning and start-up of new or modified facilities.
• Utilizes computer modeling and data analysis to evaluate and develop solutions.
• Provides technical support for troubleshooting, compliance, optimization, start-up and turnarounds.
• Coordinates workforce planning and career development for team members.
• Manages costs with careful budgeting, forecasting and scheduling with safety and regulatory compliance.
