Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams in construction or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Equipment field operations ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality project execution.
• Supervise installation teams and field mechanics; drive performance and productivity.
• Manage project financial performance, profitability, working capital, and efficiency goals.
• Develop and maintain safety culture through field training, safety audits, and site planning.
• Coordinate resources: labor forecasting, scheduling, material deliveries, and PO management.
• Build/maintain relationships with customers, field employees, and stakeholders to support project success.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop solutions to maintain quality.
• Assist with estimating, planning, and contingency development.
