Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in field operations, construction supervision, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a senior superintendent or equivalent leadership capacity.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred; OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads field operations across multiple mid-size projects or a large project, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery.
• Partners with Regional Field operation Leader, Regional Do work leaders, and Project Executives to align operational priorities, Do Work needs, and field execution plans, while supporting project “get work” pursuits through logistics planning, preliminary scheduling, job walks, and plan reviews with clients and design teams.
• Oversees senior superintendents and superintendent teams, ensuring alignment with approved construction strategies.
• Collaborates with project executives, project managers, and self-perform work leaders to coordinate construction planning and execution.
• Resolves complex field conditions, logistics constraints, and sequencing challenges across projects.
• Ensures consistent application of safety programs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews field documentation, productivity metrics, and performance trends to guide corrective actions and operational improvements.
