Your role entails supervising the project team, coordinating trade contractors, and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance. With 15+ years of relevant experience, you will shape high-performing teams and manage complex construction challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience on $100+ million healthcare, institutional or advanced electronics projects.
• Strong knowledge and appreciation of construction safety processes.
• OSHA 30 hour certified.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates trade contractors and sub-contractors.
• Supervises and develops the project team.
• Leads contractor meetings.
