The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, at least 15 years of experience in a lead superintendent role, and be OSHA certified. The responsibilities include supervising trades, ensuring safety compliance, and developing project teams. Qualifications
15+ years of experience on $50 million‑$100+ million commercial/industrial construction projects.
OSHA 30‑hour certified.
First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.
Responsibilities
Manage all field operations on multiple large projects.
Supervise and develop the project team.
Direct and coordinate trade contractors to ensure quality work.
Act as primary safety representative in the field.
Skills
Strong technical and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to lead in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software
Knowledge of construction safety processes
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
