Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Field Operations Manager to lead on-site teams, coordinate with project managers and trade partners, and ensure safety, scheduling, and quality standards on complex projects in the San Francisco area.

This role requires an Associate's degree and at least seven years in field engineering or construction management, plus 1–2 years in a managerial capacity, with OSHA certifications and First Aid/CPR as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of field personnel to drive performance.
• Oversees on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews daily field documentation and incident records for accurate reporting.
• Communicates project status and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
