Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead on-site teams, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality outcomes on complex projects. You will guide field crews and trade partners, align daily decisions with client expectations, and integrate prefabrication strategies where appropriate.

We expect 7 years of field experience, an associate degree in a related field, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, OSHA 30 certification within 6 months of hire required, First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field personnel to achieve high performance and develop talent.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specs.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews and approves daily field documents and planning records for accurate reporting.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
