CompTech Computer Technologies is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist – Level III to provide advanced technical support for the Defense Health Agency. This senior role requires diagnosing complex hardware and software issues and guiding incidents to resolution in a secure, enterprise environment.

You will escalate as needed, document findings in the ticketing system, and collaborate with system administrators, network teams, and cybersecurity staff to ensure efficient, compliant service

Qualificações

• Six (6) years of progressive experience in IT technical support, service desk, help desk, desktop support, or a related IT discipline demonstrating advanced proficiency.
• Experience providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support within an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience creating thorough technical documentation of troubleshooting activities and resolutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware, software, application, workstation, and related client-level IT issues.
• Serve as an advanced escalation resource for incidents requiring troubleshooting beyond Level I and II support.
• Document troubleshooting activities, findings, actions, escalations, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with system administrators, network teams, cybersecurity personnel, and other technical specialists to resolve complex problems.
• Coordinate escalations and maintain ownership of assigned incidents through resolution.
