Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Field Marketing Manager to partner with Enterprise Sales, design integrated field marketing plans, and drive pipeline growth across AI-ready connectivity solutions. You will lead ABM initiatives, executive engagements, and demand programs in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

This role requires 8+ years in field marketing, strong analytics, budgeting, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in field marketing, demand generation, ABM, or related roles.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue with enterprise sales.
• Experience creating ABM strategies and account-based programs.
• Experience managing customer events, executive engagements, and field marketing initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Strong analytics, measuring marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Experience with large marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with senior audiences.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Marketo).

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic marketing partner to Enterprise Sales with pipeline growth.
• Lead ABM strategies and programs for priority accounts.
• Plan and execute customer, prospect, and executive engagement events.
• Drive integrated demand generation and sales activation.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign teams.
• Provide insights to sales leadership using market intelligence and analytics.
• Measure program effectiveness and deliver executive reporting.
• Manage field marketing budgets, agencies, and AI-enabled tools.
