Job summary

Enthuse Marketing seeks a Senior Field Manager, C-Store to drive sales and field execution across a national convenience network. You will recruit and coach a team of sales reps, collaborate with distributors, retailers, and clients, and shape go-to-market strategies for the unit.

You will oversee budget management, travel 10-20% of the year, and deliver insights to improve program performance while maintaining agency standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Business.
• 6-8 years of experience in a business environment, preferably bev-alc.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for field team and clients, understanding client business, trends and competition.
• Conduct market analysis to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop quarterly business plans with field leadership and account teams; monitor goals and report feedback.
• Manage monthly/quarterly performance to produce reports and share results with stakeholders.
• Oversee field execution to achieve objectives and KPI goals while reinforcing client partnerships.
• Provide guidance to team members and coach performance across markets.
