Royal Cup, Inc. seeks a National Account Manager – CSD to lead strategic growth with regional and national convenience store chains. You will own the full sales cycle, build plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new locations, drive revenue, and strengthen partnerships.

Reporting to the VP of Convenience Store Sales, this role requires travel across markets, relationship development at multiple levels, and a track record of sales execution in the food & beverage sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in convenience store or food & beverage industries.
• Proven success managing large national or regional accounts and driving sales growth.
• Skilled in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, proposals, and closing deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong strategic thinking and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and account management strategy for regional and national store chain accounts in CSD.
• Identify targets to maintain a pipeline of new opportunities in the convenience store channel.
• Drive growth through prospecting and leveraging relationships to identify opportunities.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing; update leadership on progress.
