Job summary

Enthuse-Marketing is seeking a Senior Field Manager, C-Store to drive sales performance across a national convenience-channel field team. You will recruit, coach, and lead reps, align field execution with go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with clients to deliver strategic insights and programs.

You will manage budgets, analyze market performance, and mentor a growing team to hit quarterly goals while ensuring compliance and strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• College degree (4-year) in Communications, Marketing or Business strongly preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in a business environment, preferably in bev-alc industry.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of alcohol regulations, rules, market trends and competition preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work remotely, work flexible hours, and travel 10-20% of the year, sometimes with short notice.
• Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a day-to-day contact for field team and clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client’s business, industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Conducts market analysis to track performance at the brand, region, and individual level and identifies opportunity for growth through competitive, channel, and/or consumer insights.
• Works with the field leadership and account teams to develop quarterly business plans and ensures all program and sales goals are met, proactively reporting on feedback.
• Manages monthly and quarterly performance to produce business performance reports and communicates results to key and core stakeholders on a regular cadence.
• Manages field execution to achieve business objectives and KPI goals while reinforcing Enthuse’s partnership with field clients.
• Delivers guidance and support to assigned team members, managing activity for their respective markets.
• Manages all expenses and budgets for team members with quarterly reviewMaintains consistent communication and visibility to develop, coach and drive performance of the greater field team.
• Collaborates internally with cross functional departments and other account team members to hire and grow talent pool.
• Drives and implements the vision of brand building initiatives inclusive of management / distribution of approved marketing materials.
