Responsibilities

• Responsible for store operations, including food service and fuel sales, managing expenses and inventory.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members and supervise the assistant manager.
• Schedule labor to match customer traffic and store model targets.
• Enforce daily operating procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to meet demand.
• Review sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and improve performance.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
