A technology support services provider seeks a Field IT Support Technician to provide onsite IT support and troubleshooting across various client environments in the New York City and New Jersey area. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT support, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. This role includes installations and technical service on a flexible schedule, sometimes involving weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or field technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of desktops, networking, wireless, and end-user troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, workstations, peripherals, and end users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Point-of-Sale hardware.
• Support audio/visual systems, VoIP platforms, conference room technology.
