Job summary

CTS is seeking a Field Services Engineer in New York, NY who will provide exceptional technical support to clients. The role involves hands-on on-site assistance and managing service requests while ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Candidates need to have at least 2 years of experience in a technical services environment, be customer-service oriented, and understand networking technologies.

• 2+ years of experience in a technical-services environment.

• Respond to and resolve service incidents.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems.
