Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC in the United States seeks a strategic HR leader to serve as the senior HR partner for an assigned district, translating enterprise people strategy into field execution across stores and distribution centers.

As a player–coach, you will lead a team of HR Generalists, advise District and Regional Operations leaders, and drive employee relations, talent development, and workforce strategy with strong judgment and executive presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience including field leadership
Proven multi-site leadership experience
Deep expertise in employee relations, investigations, and HR policy administration
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR risk management

Responsibilities

Lead Field HR Team: coach and develop HR Generalists across multiple sites
Partner with Talent Acquisition and field leadership on workforce planning
Manage employee relations and risk, escalate complex matters
Ensure HR policy compliance and consistency across districts
Drive talent and leadership development including succession planning and reviews
Advise field leadership on employee and organizational issues
Translate enterprise HR strategies into effective field execution using data insights
