Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC in Cambridge, MN is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Front End and Store operations, facilities, scheduling, pricing, inventory, and loss prevention. You will oversee wage control, budget variances, and cash handling in partnership with HR and the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5 years of management experience within a Big Box retailer preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment.
• Direct and motivate a diverse population including full- and part-time team members.
• Decisively implement solutions, plan and delegate tasks, monitor and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor your team to achieve Best in Class execution and customer service.
• Develop and implement individual development plans for each direct and indirect report.
• Ensure staffing aligns with budget and maximize for customer needs; hire, train, develop, and manage performance.
• Monitor wage and expense control programs and address variances with HR and leadership.
• Oversee cash management policies and practices.
• Lead the Fleet Rewards Visa, Store Credit Card, and Loyalty Program implementations and audits.
• Provide guidance on customer issues and oversee loss prevention initiatives.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
