Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead three teams—Warehouse, Freight, and Stocking—ensuring efficient daily operations and backroom management. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and strategic staffing in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will guide teams, implement improvements, and work with HR to staff with qualified leads and associates, while actively promoting customer loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience with a Big Box retailer preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct and motivate a diverse population including full- and part-time team members.
• Ability to plan, delegate tasks, and respond to change with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse Team activities including receiving, yard ops, return to vendor programs, pick/pack/ship, and backroom ownership.
• Oversee Freight Team activities including receiving deliveries, staging, splitting trucks, and stocking as needed.
• Oversee Stocking Team to ensure correct planogram locations and back stock management.
• Collaborate with HR to staff logistics areas with qualified Team Leads and Team Members.
• Teach, train, coach, develop and mentor teams for consistent execution.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
