Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, autonomous HRBP/ER/ Talent Leader role.
- Experience designing enterprise performance management and talent calibration.
- Proven track record conducting high-risk workplace investigations and overseeing compensation governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy including employer branding and executive sourcing.
- Architect enterprise performance management and calibration across units.
- Coach leaders on feedback, PIPs, and retention strategies.
- Partner with department heads on talent gaps, succession, and restructuring.
- Oversee employee relations investigations and policy compliance.
