CFS is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources in Naperville, IL to partner with executive leadership and guide culture, strategy, and rapid organizational growth. The role leads workforce planning, succession, and scalable HR programs across operations and corporate functions.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, strong employment-law knowledge, and SHRM/PHR/SPHR certification. Competitive benefits and retirement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, engineering, or similar operational environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the company's HR strategy, policies, and employee programs.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Develop employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage HR operations, systems, reporting, and HR team performance.
