Confidential is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with business leaders, build strong relationships, and support teams across multiple units. The role emphasizes engagement, development, performance, and retention in a fast-paced environment.

The HRBP will report to the HR Director, advise leaders on employee relations, compliance, and people initiatives, and travel about 30% to Chicagoland and other U.S. locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing or warehousing.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and partnering with business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience with talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Experience with HRIS.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide practical HR guidance.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
• Help leaders make informed decisions that support employees and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Support employee development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and organizational growth.
• Develop and implement programs that improve employee engagement, development, and retention.
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen teams and build a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee HR processes, including employee records, onboarding documentation, and HRIS administration.
• Support job evaluations, job descriptions, compensation administration, and organizational planning.
• Partner with HR leadership to improve processes and make effective use of HR systems and data.
• Stay current on employment laws and regulations across multiple states.
