HMSHost is seeking a Field Senior HR Generalist to support HR policy administration across branch locations and to bridge strategic and tactical HR initiatives. You will counsel managers, handle investigations, and help align branch practices with corporate standards.

This exempt role reports to HR leadership, requires strong HR knowledge, and travel across assigned regions to support operations and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist or recruiting experience.
• SHRM certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel nationally/regionally as required.

Responsabilités

• Advises operations managers on employee relations, performance, retention, rewards and recognition.
• Partners with HR leadership to maintain a visible HR presence in branches.
• Maintains knowledge of HR policies, regulations and union practices where applicable.
• Conducts confidential counseling, investigations and exit interviews.
• Gathers and analyzes HR metrics to forecast staffing needs.
• Facilitates new hire orientation and policy training.
• Supports recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
