Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, epidemiology, health services research, or related field with 10+ years of professional experience in HEOR, medical affairs, managed markets, health plan, or pharmacy benefit management.
• PharmD, PhD, or MD with 7+ years of professional HEOR experience in medical affairs, managed markets, or payer management.
• 3+ years of field-based HEOR leadership experience with demonstrated excellence.
• Strong understanding of study design, methodology, data analysis, and interpretation of HEOR and clinical data.
• Demonstrated leadership, influencing skills, and ability to guide senior stakeholders; mentor, coach, and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with payers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HEOR/clinical data and derive insights.
• Proven ability to build relationships inside and outside the company; high proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Driver license valid; ability to travel up to 60% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, coach, train, and evaluate field-based HEOR Liaisons; ensure strategic pull-through of HEOR plans.
• Maintain a personal panel of priority U.S. payer accounts and engage in high-quality scientific dialogue.
• Partner with market access stakeholders; track KPIs and adjust field activities to meet objectives.
• Represent the company at Medicaid meetings, conferences, and scientific sessions; present data and build relationships.
• Attend meetings with Market Access account directors; model best-in-class field engagement.
• Serve as a resource for internal stakeholders on therapeutic landscape and HEOR data.
• Lead collection, synthesis, and reporting of U.S. payer insights to guide planning and decisions.
• Contribute to HEOR strategic/tactical plans for products in development and commercialization.
• Develop payer value propositions and HEOR materials; update as new data arrive.
• Collaborate with Medical Information on dossiers to incorporate HEOR data into materials.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development plans with HEOR leadership and Market Access.
• Support strategic planning and Global Medical Affairs initiatives; ensure alignment with UT mission.
