Congruex seeks a Foreman to lead underground construction crews, ensuring safe, efficient field operations and on-time project delivery. You will coordinate daily activities, oversee equipment operation, and uphold safety and quality standards to support telecom and utility clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL and DOT Medical Card required.
• OSHA 30 Certification and other safety trainings.
• Experience leading underground telecom or utility crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and manage construction crews.
• Ensure OSHA and safety policy compliance on-site.
• Operate and supervise heavy equipment and coordinate underground activities.
• Track materials, equipment, and production while reporting progress to management.
• Mentor crews and maintain accurate site documentation.
