TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to oversee crews on our Telecom Construction team, ensuring projects are completed on schedule. You’ll manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe, productive work site and support the supervisor with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent or related work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience; foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, and perform maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
