Future Infrastructure, LLC (a Primoris Company) is seeking a skilled on-site supervisor to oversee construction activities across multi-state job sites. The role involves directing crews, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and project scopes.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, training workers, enforcing policies, and maintaining production records in a dynamic field environment across states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or 5 years minimum experience.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions and in noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas to determine type of work and materials needed.
• Direct workers in projects including ditch and road construction, grading drainage areas.
• Operate equipment such as bulldozers and graders and train workers.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Perform non-mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
