Qualifications

• Knowledge of nuclear welding and QA programs is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership ability.
• Ability to map processes and write procedures; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop site drawings and Construction Work Packages for projects.
• Rewrite procedures to maximize field efficiency and safety.
• Plan staffing across U.S. nuclear programs and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with quality to meet code requirements while improving field ops.
• Maintain relationships with joint venture firms and customers.
• Support procurement of specialty tooling for field use.
• Review non-labor resources for welding and plant modifications.
