Job summary

Clark Water is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to lead and oversee complex field engineering operations, ensuring accuracy, quality and efficiency across all project phases. You will manage technical functions, coordinate testing and equipment operations, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret structural/shop drawings and translate into field layouts.
• Strong grasp of geometry/trigonometry for alignments and earthwork estimates.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers and apprentices.
• Proven problem-solving skills for field coordination and risk mitigation.
• Experience coordinating between drawings, subcontractors, and survey teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and verification of primary and secondary horizontal and vertical control.
• Oversee concrete quantity tracking, placement coordination, and pour performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Field Engineers and Apprentices.
• Identify and resolve field engineering challenges with project teams.
• Support planning through advanced layout strategies and risk mitigation.
