Qualifications

• Ability to read structural and shop drawings and translate them to field layouts.
• Proficient in field layout using basic surveying techniques.
• Comfortable coordinating between drawings and identifying conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and verification of primary and secondary control lines across construction phases.
• Oversee concrete quantity tracking, placement coordination, and pour performance.
• Provide technical guidance to Field Engineers and Apprentices, ensuring best practices.
• Identify and resolve field engineering challenges with project management, subcontractors, and survey teams.
• Support planning with advanced layout strategies, constructability reviews, and risk mitigation.
