RTX in Jacksonville is seeking a Centralized Field Engineering Senior Engineer to support Advanced Sensor Programs. You will join a Field Team delivering long-term technical field support for complex radar systems, interfacing with sensor users around deployments and on-site duty.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience and an active Top Secret clearance. Occasional travel and on-site work in diverse environments are expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start.
• Experience in repair and maintenance of military electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience in system integration, logistics processes, and logistics procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in challenging environmental conditions.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the development, maintenance, and sustainment of the sensor system.
• Conduct daily reviews with customers.
• Perform administrative tasks essential for system maintenance, including planning, coordination, task monitoring, shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory management.
• Utilize knowledge gained from and through field experiences to provide onsite technical support and assistance directly to customers when required.
• Communicate technical information effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with offsite engineering teams to troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs.
• Lift, bend, and move within a normal range of motion to perform maintenance tasks which may include maneuvering of items weighing over 40 lbs.
