RTX is seeking engineers to develop concepts of operations for radar systems, next-generation radar processing algorithms, and software requirements. You will analyze radar data, build analysis tools, and collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to implement solutions, presenting results to leadership and customers.

Requirements include a STEM degree and 5+ years of radar experience with MATLAB/Python/C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with radar systems.
• Experience with MATLAB/Python/C++.
• Masters/PhD in STEM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
• Develop radar processing algorithms.
• Develop radar software requirements.
• Perform statistical and numerical analysis of radar data.
• Create analysis tools to support problem resolution.
• Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to implement solutions.
• Present findings to leadership and customers.
