Job summary

Artheon seeks a highly motivated Resident Engineer to lead on-site management for highway, bridge, and infrastructure projects in Neptune, NJ. You will enforce plans, supervise inspection staff, and oversee safety, traffic control, and daily contract administration on location.

Qualified candidates have NICET Level IV certification or 10+ years of heavy highway experience, plus familiarity with NJDOT/NJTA standards and CM systems.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: NICET Level IV certification or 10+ years of heavy highway construction management experience.
• Familiarity with NJDOT/NJTA design standards and Construction Management systems (Site Manager, Cap Ex).

Responsibilities

• On-site field management and supervision of inspection staff.
• Contract enforcement and documentation administration.
• Safety, traffic control, and compliance with environmental/OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with agencies, design teams, contractors, utilities, and the public.
